I was just wondering about this. Are there rumors? Is someone talking about it? This is the first thing i've heard of this *anywhere*, so...it seems odd to be up in arms about it. Has Marvel come right out and said so?

I guess we'll see.

It was this exchange at the end of The Winter Soldier:

Natasha says, "Do me a favor, call that nurse."

Steve says, "She's not a nurse."

Natasha replies "And you're not a SHIELD agent."

Steve says, "What was her name again?"

Natasha replies, "Sharon. She's nice."

Considering that Natasha had been trying to set Steve up the whole movie, I can't imagine why this would have been brought up right at the very end (when Natasha's bringing the file on Bucky) if not to suggest a relationship between the two.

Eh. Or they're just carrying on with the whole deal because she did it throughout the movie. And the way he looked - or rather, didn't look - at her after she was revealed as an agent? That cold, clipped, 'neighbor'?

Doesn't seem likely to me.
