Sure do! But they are overwhelmingly outnumbered by the relationships that work the other way around (this isn't a personal opinion, this is a statistical fact - Western man/Japanese woman marriages outnumber Western woman/Japanese man marriages by close to an order of magnitude) thus making it very suspect that in anime it's almost always a Japanese husband and a Western wife.

It would be like if they portrayed every female Western character as taller than Western men. I mean, sure, it happens - hell I should know - but there's something clearly wrong there if I happens every time. That's nobody's lived reality.
