The only possibility that comes to mind is perhaps the time Sterek fans sent Sterek-themed cookies to the cast and crew of Teen Wolf. When the rest of fandom heard about it, there was some ribbing over whether or not the cookies had been baked with some sort of voodoo shit (ie hair) as part of an attempt to make Sterek happen.

Kind of odd that I remember this, but that DEFINITELY happened in the early P!ATD days. Some fan gave Brendon a plate cookies, and when he was eating them later in their tour bus he realized there was hair in them.
