her episode made me really uncomfortable tbh

the idea of this really controlling behavior that's deliberately meant to be read - the first time - as somewhat abusive just to set up for the twist that it really was for lorna's own good and she really was the dangerous one all along...it felt really squicky to me

i can see how it works on a narrative level and a horror level, the danger coming from the person the story leads you to trust, and as written Auntie Whispers is a cool character, but. i can't get over the implications.
