Movie Henry really isn't Henry, tbh. I appreciated what they were trying to do in theory, but the books are superior in every way.

As far as the Tumblr fandom, wow. From my time spent among them, they will support you as long as you ignore obvious stuff (like slavery and the real life history attached to Abraham and Mary Lincoln). Otherwise, you're "missing the point." The effing book is about slavery and how Abe and Co. made decisions based on slavery. What point is there to miss? Other than that, it started out really positive, but went into the negative quite quickly and I just don't want to go back.
