The perfect solution is for the two people to dump the indecisive third for lovers who know their own minds. But that's not the sexy solution, so OT3 is the next best thing.

I am also very much in favor of that, especially in scenarios where the suitors were friends to begin with who ruin their relationship for some random chick/dude they just met.

Splitting up annoying love triangles and having the participants go off with entirely unrelated people is my sexy solution, though.
