The Last Story is a classic JRPG, one of the best I've played. The cast of characters is likeable and interesting, the battle system is an absolute blast, and although the story is on-rails a lot of the time rather than giving you free world exploration, it's all enjoyable enough that it doesn't feel like a drawback. Highly underrated game.

Pandora's Tower is an action-RPG, with a rather gruesome concept. The main character's love interest has been cursed to turn into a monster, unless you feed her the flesh of every boss monster in a series of towers. The game is on a constant timer, so the longer you spend away from her in the towers, the more she'll transform. I loved pretty much everything about this game, from the puzzles and dungeon designs, to the sweet interactions you'd have with the love interest, and the secret backstory of the towers as it unfolded.

They're both for the Wii, if you're interested in checking them out!
