Oh, and I am so slow on the uptake but I just got the SPN Chas = Cas connection. I know Kripke was and is a huge Hellblazer fan. While coming up with season 4 he had to have gone, "I can't get John Constantine on my show but I can put his look on my show. Hey, is there an Angel with the name Chas in it?" "No, but there is a Castiel. We can't shorten it to Cas." "Close enough. Do it!" Because Castiel is such an obscure Angel name. It couldn't be a coincidence.

Chas is my ABSOLUTE FAV. I 100% ccould've made this secret except that yes, admittedly, tall men with beards kind of are my type. But IDGAF he's adorable and snuggly and cooks and looks like he could take care of you. And I mean he puts up with John's shit so you know he's patient.
