Yeaaaah, you probably could have just stopped at "Don't feel bad at all." A post about skiving off work to watch The Hobbit trilogy doesn't really require a soapbox rant in response

Incorrect! This is the internet, everything requires a soapbox rant. For what did our earliest bits and bytes die in copper cables for if not to one day allow their fibre optic streamed brethren in the great server farms, undreamed of in the days of odd start up noises, be used to provide the greatest of rants on the most inconsequential of subjects. Indeed, we have broken new ground in find subjects ever more inconsequential as progress of communication marches on. Repent, repent I say, of the parsimony of opinion and join in this great proselytising on whatever crosses your mind; for even the smallest of events can become the greatest of causes!!!!!
