Re: Finals/Big Tests/These Trying Times
Also if you were DD last year they really should not make you do that again. Drunk isn't my style, so I'd gladly be DD in any group, but if someone doesn't want to then it shouldn't just be that one person's responsibility. Why do they want you to do it? (Would it be possible to have New Year's at someone's house instead of going out? then there wouldn't have to be a DD if you all had a place to sleep)
Good luck with exams!!!
Re: Finals/Big Tests/These Trying Times
And the party usually is at someone's house...just not necessarily somewhere I am easily willing to spend the night. I may end up doing that, anyway, but even that would only work as long as no one who comes with me/I drive to the party needs to go back home before the next morning. Sadly, some of my friends come from conservative families, so they have to be back home by certain times and yet can't risk just letting a relative come pick them up. I would rather be unable to party hard for one night than risk my friends being unable to party/go out at all for months or years onward, but that doesn't mean I'm happy about it, either. :|
For the exams: Thank you! :)
