34. Wow. You seem to have taken over my life. I feel exactly the same way - I switched from Japanese to Latin on an impulse in my first language class, and now I'm afraid to start taking it again because I've gotten back into anime/manga. I almost wish I'd taken Japanese first and then become a fan, but it doesn't really work like that, does it?
Seriously, though? Screw the people who think less of people for being the definition of a fan. Do what you want. Don't let other people dictate your life.
