Hmm.

This is the album that made me fall in love with them. It's still one of my top albums for repeat playing (especially in the car).

I stopped listening after Sawdust, but I've been thinking about them lately, so I'm glad to see a secret. Any particular songs you'd recommend instead of just diving head first into the album?

From their Day & Age album (which precedes the one in the secret), I liked "Spaceman" and Human". From Battle Born, I liked "Flesh and Bone", "Runaways", "Here With Me", "Miss Atomic Bomb", "Carry Me Home".

Be Still, Battle Born, and From Here on Out are my favorites from Runaways. I think those cover a wide range of moods.

Their Day & Age album came after Sawdust, so if you're interested you can check out Spaceman and Neon Tiger.

DA

From Here On Out, definitely. Gosh, it's very classic rock - beautiful!

I'm willing to give it a chance since I love their stuff, but... I just did not like Day and Age, save for Dustland Fairytale, Neon Tiger, Human, and Spaceman. Okay, so maybe "did not like" is a little harsh, more like... I didn't care for it as much.

But hey, I'm always hungry for their work, so yeah. I'll give it a try.
