Does anyone else long for the 90s when everyone was DON'T LABEL ME? Now these fucking tumblr kids take up entire pages with all their bullshit labels. Just fucking be. You wanna have sex with guys and girls? Fine. Do it. You wanna dress like a woman and you have a penis? Fine. Do it. But just SHUT THE FUCK UP and get on with it. I swear to god. They waste more time telling me every last label they want me to know about and less time just fucking doing shit.

God, this. And I seem to still run with the generation who subscribes to this, thankfully. I get labels can be useful, but for heaven's sake, don't insist on labeling those who don't want to be labeled.

Yes! It feels like we've gone backwards. For my formative years it was all about I don't need a label I am me! Now everyone spends so much effort creating super specific labels for themselves and getting into arguments over them. Newsflash the average person on street doesn't give a shit about your sexuality thats your private business, and we really really don't want to hear about it every single fucking day. There are some younger members of a group I'm in I have to avoid because their entire life is defined by their 'labels' and what name/term they want to be referred to by today.
