I actually ship Stucky, but the way a lot of people ship it right now just doesn't ring true and it's grating on my nerves.

+1 to this. Helpless, blank-slate, childlike victim Bucky who is dependant on Steve for everything does nothing for me. Ditto pre-serum Steve with every ailment under the sun who has to have Bucky do everything for him. Neither of those were what I took away from the movies.

But then, infantilism has always been a major squick of mine.

Blasphemy! Especially now that Demon!Dean is back. Can you imagine the implications for the Destiel shippers? The even more bonding and angst for the Wincesters? The crown will remain where it's always belonged.

[full disclosure, I ship none of that. I just watch the show and want it to be over. I can't wait till God shows up. It's only a matter of time. Also, I love campy fics with Crowley, Cas and the boys. They're the funniest friendship I've seen.]
