I don't mind bad fanart. It's still drawn with love and by fans. I love it.

Not racist as race doesn't come into this. Country-ist, culture-ist? Kinda classist because not everybody has an Internet access.

Fanart, fanfics, meta, all good.

I thought about using classist, but that sounded more serious than facetious. Country-ist too, but it made me laugh.

Also, lack of internet just means it's harder to find (god knows how many people draw their favourite characters, especially cartoons, all over their lined notebooks and sketchbooks.) think of all the fan sonics you'll never see.
