Alias (I liked the first 2 seasons - yeah, when it time skipped, I kind of lost interest)
Lost (I only watched the first season, but I liked that – I stopped watching because they killed off Boone and I thought maybe they would continue killing off characters)
Fringe (loved the first 4 seasons, the 5th season was just meh)
Person of Interest (this is just an awesome show)

I will say I thought Armageddon was pretty stupid and I haven’t watched Star Trek: Into Darkness and have no desire to, but I don’t really have any opinion either way about the other stuff that he’s worked on.

I feel that way about FRINGE, too. Strong build up, lovable characters, a terrible mess at the end of the series. I'd still rank it in my top ten but it was definitely flawed.

FWIW I'm pretty sure that his involvement on most TV series after Alias has been tangential at best - IE, I'm pretty sure he has basically nothing to do with the day-to-day making of Lost or Person of Interest.
