I know you're female but I automatically assume you're just ^ that but female.

like it's not Female Michael Fassbender. It's more just like I literally imagine you looking just like him in your icon, only I still use "she" pronouns for you in my head because I know you are a woman. make sense?

(I do that for everyone, again, I associate peoples' names very strongly with their icons)

For the longest time, I genuinely (if subconsciously) thought you were a really hot guy IRL. It took making that thought conscious for me to realize that was incredibly stupid.

Headcanon me as a hot guy if you want! Or a hot gal! Or a shark! Whatever floats your boat.

Same. even if they're not human or the right gender.

if they don't have an icon or don't use the same one very often, it's usually just a generic fuzzy male/female figure in my head. (Icons are more fun.)

Comments like this always amuse me because I suspect I'm the only regular on f!s whose icon is not only non-human and not the right gender, but also doesn't actually contain anything that could be identified as an object of any sort. Do people imagine me as an amorphous blob of colour? If so, I approve.

Up until right now I thought it was a very, very abstract painting of GLADoS.

I thought it was an apple. I've been semi-imagining you as Crowley from Good Omens.

That's pretty close to my original idea (the apple bit. Though I also am fond of Pratchett and I definitely should read Good Omens), and I love apples, so <3

I always see it as a pumpkin/jack-o-lantern. Possibly of someone throwing a pumpkin that is on fire, while it's rotating in the air.

Honestly, whenever I see your icon I always think for a moment that it's a weird abstract-ish painting of Miss Piggy.

I think of you as one of those sparkly energy beings from Star Trek (or maybe a Futurama parody version).

For the longest time, I thought that icon was a weird representation of Miss Piggy.
