I'm open to the idea of ghosts existing, but most of the "proof" is very poor and makes it extremely unlikely, IMO.

I don't believe the reality shows are real, either. Most of them seem to rely upon really desperate measures of "OMG I heard something go bump it's definitely ghosts!" or in some cases, straight up fakery.
