SA. I was able to power through enough to like a few other characters, but the constant focus on Skye really gets nerve wracking at times. Part of the reason the midseason finale specifically made me consider ditching the show was because it was all "What about Skyyyyeeeeeee???" and she was the center of every god damn plot and another character even died trying to save her (plus the reveal of her mystery was stupid and obvious by that point.)

I'd rather the show be a true ensemble show, and it has bits of the ensemble vibe sometimes but they have trouble letting go of making Skye "super special."

Hate to break it to you all, but Skye is not a Mary Sue. She's Daisy (Johnson), aka "Quake" from the comics. Yes, the origin story is different, but changing things up comes part and parcel with the MCU. Get over it.

I wasn't the anon who called her a Mary Sue, I just find her annoying but I wouldn't classify her as a Sue. Making her Quake didn't improve my opinion of her at all either.

So that makes her a Canon Sue by how they screwed up her origin and put the AoS spotlight on her alone instead of it's catalog of characters.
