Unless he was a rapist or child molester, I would at least try giving him the benefit of the doubt before doing anything.

It's good to know that murder that was without a doubt done by him as seen by Skye and Coulson is worth 'the benefit of the doubt' with you.

they were criminals, it's not like he burnt down an orphanage.

and both of them have blood on their hands too.
