Eeeh... I think the movies have been pretty mute on the matter of Loki's sexuality. And in the absence of a clear statement, I think that Loki, traditionally-was-a-female-and-gave-birth-Loki, shapeshifted-into-a-woman-in-the-comics-Loki, should definitely be assumed to be queer, if not specifically gay/bi/genderfluid/whatever.
