The real "problem" with seducing Scotty is that he's already in love with the Enterprise (who is Kirk's woman, but SCOTTY DON'T CARE).

Thing is, I'm an asexual nerd with an interest in technology and engineering, so if Scotty wanted to sit around drinking and singing the praises of the engines all night, I'd gladly sit there listening to him. :D
