Sure, the "random shirtless Thor" (just one example) is a total Male Power Fantasy and not at all in there to get the female viewers a bit twitchy in their seats, nu-uh. You wanted to know if the men were sexualised: Yes, they are. Black Widow does not have anything to do with it.

Free is not the only anime like that. Not even by far. Just think Ouran High School Host Club and all those reverse harem anime there are tons of it. And it doesn't matter if KLK has then male characters as side characters, since I'm pretty sure you'd be pissed at female side characters being sexualised as well.

And it doesn't fucking matter if that literary genre is "seen as a joke" (hint - it isn't by a lot of women), it doesn't change the fact that all the covers are full of very overtly sexualised guys.

And I never said they are equally sexualised. But they're also not even remotely as un-sexualised as you think.
