The whole #ridewithme and the continual attempts to deny despite clear evidence that it was an islamic extremism motivated incident was incredibly, incredibly gross.

Because when the bodies are still warm we need to focus on the real victims, the muslims who felt "unsafe".

Did you mean to say "not" the Muslims who felt unsafe? I liked the idea of the #i'llridewithyou movement, but I felt that it did take too much attention away from the actual siege and the real victims. Also, I think a lot of people took the siege as a chance to say "look how non racist I am you guys! Give me points!".

what good does a 'focus' on a dead person do? it's a hell of a lot more important to protect people who are in current danger, which unfortunately after that siege meant muslim australians
