Of course not, because cops are almost never charged with murder/manslaughter unless someone can prove premeditation, same with doctors, it's the nature of the profession. Negligence is about the best anyone could hope for, but they didn't even try for that, which is the problem, that a jury looked at what happened on video and saw nothing questionable at all. Like really? Nothing?
