Yeah. It's very disturbing to see people with animals they're not equipped to take care of.
Not even going into people who deliberately abuse animals, the lack of education is truly shocking.

How is someone even allowed to buy a horse when they don't know they need their hooves trimmed regularly? I've seen a horse put down over this because someone wanted their kid to have a horse and thought all it needed was food and water.
