I'll agree that I've seen a few owners who think that because their dog is small, its bad behavior or aggression is cute or harmless. I've even seen a couple of severe bites inflicted by cute precious fluffy small dogs. But let's not kid ourselves that a toy poodle, however ill-behaved or aggressive, has the capacity to do the same amount of damage as a pit does, if it decides to bite.
