...That's one of the Christmas CDs I grew up with, and I associate most of it with great holiday feelings, except The First Noel. It has one of the most awful, grating, nails-on-a-chalkboard voices I've ever heard billed as a professional singer. I have no idea how you stand it ._.

Childhood nostalgia has a lot to do with it. It was the first version I ever heard of the song, and the instrumentals/chorus help a lot. I'm a sucker for violins.

Even if we disagree on the one song, I'm glad someone else enjoys the album!
