You can complain all day long. Artist doesn't owe anyone a price change unless THEY decide to change them. If charging a lot hurts their business THEY WILL CHANGE IT but they don't have to do shit just because people whine. Whine all you want, it's your god-given right. But whining doesn't give you any sort of authority or influence over their choice of what to charge. If they lose business and their prices hurt them and they still don't change it, that's them making their own business choices, good or bad.

Eh I don't think op meant commission artists owe anyone anything. Just that they look like hypocrites if they complain about people treating them like a business
