Last time I tried, though, it told me I had to wait over a day for confirmation. And then when I finally got the email, it just led me to a 404.

Plus, I don't really see how it's asking author's to cater -- you're just putting the warnings in a different place, right? It's not like it's a mountain of extra work.

Just put in the top authors note of the first chapter: "Spoilery warnings in the author's note at the end of the chapter for those interested"

And then put the warnings there.
