Blonde princesses running around besides the blonde!Rapunzel:
1. Cinderella
2. Aurora
3. ...?

I just realized that black is the most common hair for Disney princesses. Huh!

However Cinderella, Aurora, and blonde-Rapunzel, along with Belle (medium-brown hair) and Ariel (redhead) are the ones most commonly featured on merchandise. (Never mind that the original Cinderella had hair closer to red than blonde.)

...And that's before you get to 'Frozen' merchandise, which currently so popular it gets a whole section separate to (and often bigger than) the other Princess stuff in shops - with super-popular blonde Elsa, and redhead Anna.

Tiana and Jasmine show up MUCH less often, even Snow White isn't as common as you'd think (considering that she's the forerunner, with the most distinctive frock, and is probably the single most iconic Disney princess).

Uh, who haven't I mentioned...? Well, I see more of Merida, Sophia, and heck even on occasion Giselle(!) - and I don't think the last two even count as part of 'Princess canon' - than I ever do of Mulan or Pocahontas (who let's be honest are probably both there to put ticks in "ethnically diverse" boxes more than anything).

TL;DR in terms of what merch you can find in shops, the blonde Princesses are definitely by far the most common, followed up by redheads.

I'm not surprised in the least. I just googled "disney princesses" because I couldn't remember how many brunette princesses there were and counted hair color from there.

3) Elsa

Belle is the only other brunette princess though, and end of movie Rapunzel is the only short-haired princess outside of Snow White, so it's a legitimate complaint I feel.

elsa's hair is white tho

Nope. White-blonde maybe, but still counts blonde.

I've three pieces Elsa merch scattered within armslength of computer - doll, hair baubles, book (thanks, 4-year-old relative!): doll's hair could pass as white in poor light (more a pale creamy colour in daylight), but others are distinctly yellow.

It's platinum blonde.

My childhood best friend's hair isn't white, even though she joked it was "dirty white" when we were kids. Blonde! Just like Elsa!

She's not a princess but shows up occasionaly: Alice.

If we're counting not-princess Disney blondes, Tinkerbell has her own franchise these days (along with non-blonde friends, true, but she shows up on her own more often than not).

Cinderella's hair shouldn't even be blonde in the merch. It's titian. Titian hair and silver dress. /grump
