OP here, assuming this is directed me? I haven't watched Archer, and I doubt I will. Read the wiki page on it and it sounds very much not my kind of thing.
I am basically incapable of being attracted to Bad People, which Bob is so not. I think that really plays into it. When his voice hits those ridiculously attractive tones it's when he's frustrated and mentally drained, and instead of lashing out he just groans and mumbles. Even when he does shout and get angry, everyone still ignores him. He's so non-threatening.
Plus you gotta like a guy who wears comfy pants all the time.

You may want to at look up the very meta Archer scene where he lays low and his "new identity" is Bob; as a fan of both shows, I was amused.
