I usually wrap presents before I have to leave on Christmas Eve.

Actually BUYING presents... I PREFER to do that as early as possible (say, July) and online. How I usually HAVE to do it is the last weekend before Christmas and we go to Walmart. I'm amazed I've never ended up on the news, in jail, dead, or some combination of the above.

LOL! Yes, there's the schedule in my mind ("I will get everything done by Aug - no, Sept at the latest! Surely by Oct.") and then there's reality ("hey, it's Dec 23! How did that happen?").

Yeah the truth is it's not my choice, but I don't have a whole lot of money and I need to rely on outside help to do my Christmas shopping. So it's always last-fucking-minute.
