I mean I'm not crazy about some of what she's done. personally. But at the same time I don't see them as 'OMG awful" as others seem to. just not something I'd personally do. I still like her.

Miley Cyrus is one of the most charitable out there right now. Whatever her flaws as a person, I think that more than makes up for it.

Every time someone says something mean about Felicia Day I want to take a claw-hammper somone's skull.

I think she seems lovely, and I want to see more of her in everything.

People hate her (or is it just gross gamergate guys who hate on women in video games in general)?

Well I've heard stories. One guy in my guild was disappointed and thought she was really fake when he met her in person. I've had similar geek-celebrity experiences so I believed him. She's supposedly has a reputation for forgetting about people.

After what she said with the whole Gamergate thing, I kind of think she's a bitch now. I used to love her. Not so much anymore.

Tom Cruise. I fucking love Tom Cruise. I think he is good looking, but more importantly he is an awesome fucking actor. I just watching Mission Impossible for a podcast and loved him in it so much that I watched the other 3.

+1. I don't care for his opinions or his work with Scientology, but that's not what I'm here for, it's easy to ignore. He's a great actor. No one will ever be able to touch his Lestat, imo.

I don't know about his personality, but I think he will always be famous for his awesome movies. No one can really take away his status in Hollywood, not unless he does something really dumb.

I've heard he does his own stunts whenever possible, you can't fault a guy for trying to be authentic to his roles.

I still enjoy many of his movies, so it would be bad of me to poo-poo him too much even though I don't necessarily agree with his personal views on certain things.

I think most people just hate him cause he's kind of wacko IRL. Most people I know will admit he's a good actor. I personally don't give a shit what actors, musicians, or anybody else whose work I enjoy do in their real life. I don't want to know, in fact.

I like her, even though I understand why some people think she's silly and disgusting.

Yeah, I like her too, though I don't agree with all the stuff she's said. Still, her anti-bullying campaigning and LGBT activism have way outdone the obnoxious meat dress, imo.

Her music makes me happy, and that's all that matters to me. I don't care about her ~~craaaaaazay~~ IRL antics.

She can be OTT, but I genuinely like her music. Nice, energetic feel to it. (And, yes, I'm well aware that she's said and done some problematic things, but that's where I point to the "How To Be A Fan of Problematic Things" essay.)

She has a ton of musical talent and has yet to show us her best work. I don't think she's a great advocate though and I wish she'd just keep her mouth shut about a lot of things.

I like her too, although I haven't liked much of her newer music recently.

I like Rebecca Black.

Iggy Azalea has grown on me, despite knowing almost nothing about her just because of how het up people have gotten about her.

Literally the only way she could deserve this level of hate is if she actually owned slaves one time.
