quiet exercises

Okay, so I've been sick for the last several days and have just been laying around. I'm starting to feel better but I've got that exhausted feeling from just sitting on my ass all this time. Thing is, it's the middle of the night and my roommates are asleep, and we have thin walls and floors that make a lot of noise if you jog on them. Recs for exercise I can do without it sounding like it's an earthquake?

do you do yoga? Some of the poses are quite good for exercising and mostly quiet.

Push ups, sit ups, wall bridges (sit like you're in a chair with your back against a wall and hold for 60 seconds).

I'd suggest dumbbell exercises but you probably don't have those.

Though you can use pretty much anything that weighs 5-10 pounds* and has a handle in place of a dumbbell.

*or whatever weight you want to use

Try youtube? I'm sure there's some low impact work outs on there that you can keep quiet while doing. I don't have a lot of personal suggestions though... except maybe weights (if you have them, though that might not be what you're going for) or something like sit-ups that require you to be laying down. IDK.

Beginner's yoga or pilates, maybe?

Kickboxing on youtube. Just be careful not to strain your knees.

Planking
Raising and lowering your legs
Various slow yoga moves (like slowly raising your body and holding for awhile. Or on side, write your full name with one leg)
Slow situps are harder than fast situps @_@
?Biking? It's like situps, but you're peddling an imaginary bike while on your back?
Pick up something real heavy and slowly lift it
Masturbate
