It's ok for you to not understand why people hate spoilers. But it's dumb for you to go around calling them entitled just because they have a mindset that you don't share.

As it is, no, I don't think people should be obligated to avoid general fandom spaces in order to avoid spoilers for something that was recently released. I guess we'll have to agree to disagree on that. There are comms specifically for various shows/games/etc. where people can go to discuss new stuff. You can also start a thread that says SPOILERS at the top. You can post a secret marked spoilers. You can post on a tumblr tag with spoilers. There are lots of ways to discuss new content. This is not new.
Also, I really don't think you're using the word "censoring" incorrectly and honestly I think it diminishes the value of the word to use it that way.
