I hate when I find a story for a pairing I like, especially if it's a rare one, and it's got a bunch of character and pairing tags plus a pile of content tags and a few Tumblr-style random ones....and the story itself is one chapter and only like 2000 words. Which means either all that stuff tagged is barely in there at all, or it's chapter one of a planned multi-part which nine times out of ten never gets updated again so you've just got this fic sitting there with a billion tags and maybe two are relevant (seriously, people, if you've only got one chapter and you're writing as you go, don't tag it with shit until that shit is actually in the fic. Sick of thinking I found stuff with rare pairs or unpopular characters just to find out none of that is even mentioned in the fic at all).
