Eh, I kinda think they have a point. While I don't think they qualify as scumbags, painting a good portion of the fanbase as homophobes for not supporting a pairing leaves a bitter taste.

That's not what they said though. They said that if you thought there was nothing going on between Korra and Asami in the last two seasons, and the end was completely out of the blue, then you were viewing their relationship through a hetero lens. Not if you were just a Makorra shipper.
