I hope that it's just because they're trying to figure out a way to do it "right."

Though, I guess I would settle for more Asric and Jadaar (the comical m/m choice, right?) if I can't have my angsty DKs tie the knot after Thass hijacks Koltira out of UC.

If they never do get around to closing that off at least this way we can head canon that they made it out and eloped off somewhere. Ha, more Asric and Jadaar would be pretty sweet ngl.

I don't think they ever will, tbh. I think they created an extremely compelling story from the get-go, and then realized that they had written themselves into a subtexty corner.
