Nope. And that's because, unlike racism and sexism, I can venture over to any number of places online where gamers hang out and read exactly what they think of women.

Of course it's not ~all men~ but how can you tell which ones it is?

I have met jerks in gaming. Both male and female. I have also met some of my best friends. I only learned both of these things by interacting with them.

Yeah, this. No matter what gender, there's always going to be people who are douchebags. It's not not specific to any particular gender, and you have to get to know the people individually to figure it out.
