Nocturnes!

I have no idea how the hell it happened, but I managed to get both an egg, and a breed-change scroll yesterday! Meet Aviv and Athelstan~ I'm not usually a fan of purple and yellow, but I'll figure something out for Aviv. ^_^ I'm still trying to debate whether or not I want to scatterscroll Athelstan, though...

Mmmm I wouldn't say that I was hoping for anything specific per se, but I really like cry/fac even though it's hella expensive but I really don't like stone-facet, at least not with his primary as crystal, so I'm going to have to go with something else. Not the end of the world, you know? Just kind of meh. |D

I was kind of hoping for colors that matched Aviv better, but I was also buying eggs + hatching them (so that her mate could also be a born-on-Christmas-first-gen), and I could only buy so many eggs, lol. |D

I have gotten some pretty adorable nocturnes out of eggs.


Holly, my Christmas colored girl and first nocturne.

Also him and her, a pair of bbs that hatched out of eggs I got from consecutive chests.

Plus I got a scroll to use on my Shadowbinder colored dragon that I bought as a guardian literally one or two days before the festival started.

So happy.

Yes! Of course, I also have so many geneing plans now and have to start building up money for it. XD

I therefore plan to sell any eggs I get from here on in. Otherwise the problem will just compound itself.

Oh man, yeah!

Do you know the app "sticky notes" for computers? I have one of those with all the scrolls I need for various geneing projects. It's not very wide, but it's as long as my computerscreen is tall. >_>

You could put the eggs in your vault, and sell them post-event? I would think the prices would go up again, and help with your geneing plans. :)

I debated that, but then on the other hand, the longer I wait, the more nocturnes will be on the site via breeding and such, limiting the market for eggs to people who really care about having gen ones.

If I manage to get another SCROLL, on the other hand....

Oh man, I wish I had realized that! I got a scroll, and I used it (I really wanted a Christmas-day-born mate for my Christmas-day-born lady), but I should have held onto it and bought an egg. |D
