Meh, I personally am fine with it being canon, since I didn't really like any of the Krew aside from Bolin. I'm indifferent, but I get that it means a lot to people, and so I'm happy for them because of that.

I'm honestly surprised they made it canon. I had figured if they were going to show any same-sex relationships on the show, it would be with a less prominent character. (Like, for example, Tahno showing up at the wedding with a boyfriend, or had kept Zaheer and P'li from being romantically linked and instead implied she and Ming-Hua had a thing. Then again, that last one wouldn't work with the whole "let go your earthly tether" thing that Zaheer needed in the finale though...Haha.) So kudos to them for having the guts to make it their protag.

*shrugs* I honestly cared more about the Suyin and Kuvira relationship than anything; that was an interesting dynamic I wish they had gotten to explore more, with characters I personally found more compelling than Asami, Korra, or Mako.

Ohh, if Zaheer and that lava-bender guy were a couple! Then he'd really "let go of his earthy tether" when lava-bender died.
