writing is more than spelling and pristine oxford english grammar.

Not if you're trying to get your story/plot/point across in a clear and understandable way. Not if you want your readers to take from your work what you intend. Not if you want people to be able to read your work at all. Certainly not if you want to make any traction with your work outside of fandom.

Sorry, but I'm not going to shovel through tons of lazy SPaG errors just on the off chance that you have a kernel of a decent idea.

This is one of the weirdest remarks I've ever seen...
