at least my language has more rules to fuck up? I've been in writing workshops where people said "yeah, this is spelled wrong, but you can iron that out later" if it was really bad. spelling mistakes were the very last thing people pointed out when they had nothing else to talk about.
Is it because English is simpler grammar-wise and the mistakes are more glaringly obvious?
