I really can't. I've been dying to start a comm for months now, but I really have no time to, what with college apps and senior year kicking my ass.

Also, hey, saw the chef icon and, as I always do, looked through your userpics, looking at the many pretties and I have a totally unrelated question:

Your latest says Sam's Town is the best album you own. Now, that means one of two things.
1- You don't own many albums.
or
2- I really didn't understand ST.

If it's not a huge bother (and if it is, that's fine), can you tell me what you like about that album? For the record, I listened to the whole thing and only came away liking "Sam's Town", "When You Were Young", and "Read My Mind". I honestly didn't like any other tracks, even hated a few. But I loved Hot Fuss. :confused:

So. Um. Your thoughts on ST? Pleeeeeease? :3

Oh, that's too bad. I'd do it, but I wouldn't even know where to start.

Well...
1. I don't really have a "best album." I can't choose between my favorites. I just kinda said that, lol.
2. For me, I liked Sam's Town because I felt it had more soul and emotion to it. It had a bit more of a folk-y, western beat and I liked that more than the synthesized songs of the first album. Those were my most-liked songs as well, but I didn't hate any of them. Same with Hot Fuss. I just liked the feel of it more than I did Hot Fuss. I hope that made some form of sense. xD

I'd tell you to check out the new extra-ish album, Sawdust, but
a.) It's a lot like Sam's Town and
b.) We seem to be opposite in our Killers album faves, and I love this one. So you might not like it. ^^;

Oh, okay. Different strokes, then. I was worried I was just missing out on a big deeper meaning since there were mumblings that it was a concept album. But you're right. ST kinda reminds me of Springsteen in a way, so it must be a genre thing.
