What exactly do they follow? You mentioned that they attack your friends as well. If they target a particular group, like shippers of a particular pairing, then changing your identity might not stop them if you continue, say, posting shippy fanart of that pairing. (I'm not recommending stopping posting fanart, because that's just letting them win, but changing your identity might not be worth it.)

It's not particular pairings or characters. It's really people who were popular on one site a while back. People they see as "big name fans". And it goes beyond fandom opinions to real life things. I'm a little afraid of them seeing this since they're really devoted to making accusations all across fandom spaces, so I don't want to say more than that. My big concern is that it's a smaller fandom and some of my interests might be giveaways if they see my blog, but I guess if I ignore them right off the bat they won't have a chance to.
