See, I don't even mind if they want to write about why the Ichabod/Katrina relationship doesn't work for them. If they say it's boring or it has such and such unhealthy element that they can't look past or if the two actors don't have chemistry in their eyes, that is FINE with me. Whatever you like -- heck I even agree with some of those points.

But the incessant need to call Katrina a bitch or a cow or insistent that NO ONE likes her. Fuck right off with that shit. So she's white and Abbie's black -- that doesn't mean that tearing Katrina apart and calling her slurs is somehow okay and "not misogyny" because of her race. And I always feel insulted as an Abbie fan that some of those militant shippers think I'd agree with them just because I love Ichabod/Abbie.

That's so fucking stupid. Putting other characters down to prop another character up doesn't do anything but make you look like shit. It doesn't even logically follow. Like- if Katrina is a fuckface, it doesn't magically mean that Abbie is not a fuckface by fact that Katrina IS (and vice versa). So it's just stupid. It's also idiotic because the show isn't pitting them against each other. It's not like you can shout down the canon love interest and somehow CONVINCE Ichabod to run into Abbie's arms. What is that even?
