Co-signed. People who ship a married couple are not racists. A white actress who likes her (admittedly poorly written, but not offensively so) character is not racist.

What? Am I understanding this correctly... people actually say liking a white character is racist if the character's poorly written? As in "She's a bad character, therefore it stands that the only reason you like her is because she's white"?

The actress said something about how she was rooting for her character and how her character belonged with her husband. Some people thought this was racist.

Those people obviously don't know what racism actually is, and they have no idea how being accused of being such can ruin someone's reputation and career.
