I don't even understand the idea that anti-semitism is a "special word" to begin with. We say 'anti-semite' instead of 'anti-Jewish' because that's how the guy who coined the term wrote it, and it's a habit now. But you can put 'anti-' in front of any group name you like and get a valid word for oppression!
