I wonder if you could modify it into a drinking game?And turkey is quite common yes, we don't have a NYE traditional food as such, but most people I know eat turkey yes. As we don't at Christmas.

In America, the only traditional NYE 'food' is champagne. Or just plain beer. We tend to overdo the drinking aspect of the holiday here.

Ah champagne is traditional here too, and alcohol in general, which mixes well with sending up fireworks.
